Which Overwatch hero has the most skins? It's a question to which the answer can change every few months through the season events in Overwatch.
Skins are the most desirable cosmetic in Overwatch, being the focus of many event loot boxes, and the object that players look for each time they click that loot box button. But which character has the most Skins?

The most legendary skins on a single character is taken wholeheartedly by Mei and Tracer, with 11 Legendaries each, combining all of their event releases. The most skins overall is definitely held by McCree, who has many event epic skins to supplement his hearty nine legendary skins.
McCree, the recent subject of the animated short, Reunion, has a whopping 19 skins in the game, not including the Overwatch League skins or his default. Many of these are epic skins, as McCree has four special Epic skins with the Overwatch League Gray, Scrooge from Winter Wonderland, American from Summer Games, and Undead from Halloween Terror. Additionally, McCree had a regular Epic release in a skin drop with his Royal skin.
All of these epics are overshadowed by McCree's nine legendary skins. He has the default four, but additionally has received tons of Event exclusive skins. There is Blackwatch from the Archives events, Sherlock from the Anniversary event, Magistrate from the Lunar New Year, Van Helsing from Halloween Terror, and Lifeguard from Summer Games. A player has plenty of choices when playing McCree, and may get more in the upcoming Winter Wonderland event for Overwatch.
