Forbidden Library location can be found in Revendreth zone. It is an area in southwestern Forest Ward that borders with and has access to the Ember Ward. It is a research facility for devourers.
Where is the Forbidden Library?
Devourers are creatures that are presumed to have their origins in the In-Between life and death. They crawl forth from the cracks between the realms and have a voracious appetite for essence of mortal souls "anima." Their recent boldness is seen as sign of the end times by the denizens of the Shadowlands. They can be found infesting several places in the Shadowlands, such as Everdawn Terrace in Bastion, the Sepulcher of Knowledge in Maldraxxus, the Elder Stand in Ardenweald, and the Endmire, Catacombs of Regret, and Banewood in Revendreth. Players can see them in three variants: giant-like creatures referred to as worldeaters or gormandizers; a slightly smaller, hunched version referred to as gorgers or gluttons; and small, flying insect-like creatures called mites or animites.
