Warfame Login Failed is an error code that prevents you from logging in to Warframe. There are a few reasons why you might run into this problem. Here's what you can do to fix them.

Warframe Login Failed: What's Going On?
The first thing you should check is if the issue is server-side. Check the Warframe Twitter for any updates on server issues.
You can then try logging in to the Warframe website. If you can log in to the website but not the game, it may be because you are on an old IPv4 connection. In short, you shouldn't have problems if you're on IPv6, which you can contact your Internet service provider to change. Make sure any VPN or proxy software is turned off as well.
Another issue could be your firewall or antivirus preventing you from logging in. You can whitelist Launcher.exe, Warframe.x64.exe and Warframe.exe to make sure it's not the firewall or antivirus.
