​With Smash Summit 5 closing in, the voting for players will soon come to a close. Only the top two most voted players will be invited to the Summit. The Super Smash Bros. Melee event includes top players playing in various events.

​​Masaya "aMSa" Chikamoto is currently fourth place on the voting list. The top two on the list will be voted in, as the bottom two will be eliminated. Once that happens, aMSa will be in second place, under Jack "Crush" Hoyt, who will sit at first. 

aMSa had a Twitch broadcast urging people and players to vote for him, as he has a real shot of making it. 

aMSa is one of the most unique players in Melee. He plays Yoshi, and has been placing pretty well for a character that is regarded as one of the worse characters in the game. 

He got top 16 at The Big House 7, and took a game off of Joesph "Mang0" Marquez at the Red Bull Gods and Gatekeepers event, where aMSa was the reason his crew won against Mang0's crew.

The Red Yoshi, aMSa, has great potential, and is continuously getting better. He has beaten many top players, and if he attends Summit, he will have a strong showing.
