Kamu tak memerlukan modal yang terlampau besar, dan saat ini pun pasarnya sedang dalam kondisi sangat bagus.

Banyak orang mencari kue kering untuk dijadikan hamper Lebaran sebagai pengganti tak bisa mudik tahun ini.

Untuk memulai bisnis kue kering, ada beberapa hal yang bisa kamu persiapkan sebelumnya.

1. Susun rencana bisnis

“Yang pertama tentunya niat. Niat yang baik maksudnya niat untuk membahagiakan orang-orang yang kita cintai. Kalau niatnya sudah baik, Insyaallah Allah juga beri jalan,” kata Eny ketika dihubungi Kompas.com, Selasa (20/4/2021).

Jika sudah berniat baik, saatnya jalankan rencanamu. Mulai susun perencanaan bisnis seperti apa yang kamu inginkan. Lalu petakan juga modal yang kamu miliki untuk memulai bisnis ini.

2. Tidak perlu alat canggih

Selanjutnya, kamu bisa langsung mulai berbisnis. Kamu tak memerlukan alat yang canggih. Eny sendiri hanya menggunakan oven gas dan mixer sederhana ketika memulai bisnisnya pada 2015 lalu.

“Beli alat yang sederhana dulu saja. Kalau punya oven tangkring, ya pakai oven tangkring. Terus mixer-nya yang Rp 200.000 atau Rp 150.000 saja bisa. Satu saja cukup untuk kue kering,” jelas Eny.

3. Tambah alat-alat secara perlahan

Kamu tidak memerlukan alat-alat yang canggih untuk membuat kue kering yang enak. Minimalisasi pengeluaran modal di awal dan tambah alat-alat secara perlahan.

Hal itu yang dilakukan Eny. Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu, ia mulai bisa menambah alat-alat pembuatan kue kering miliknya.

Pada 2021 ini, ia sudah bisa membeli dua buah oven deck dan satu mixer besar untuk meningkatkan produktivitasnya.

Dari yang awalnya hanya bisa membuat 350-400 stoples kue dalam satu periode Ramadhan, kini Eny bisa memproduksi sampai 700 stoples kue.
