Taylor Swift is 25 years old (the title of her massively popular album, “1989,” is also the year of her birth), the onetime teen country ingénue now a stylish global pop star who seems to know exactly what buttons to push to keep the machine humming. (Forbes magazine this week stepped into the Internet debate over Swift’s income, ruling that she’s probably only making $1 million every other day.) The tour that brings her to Miami has a set list that tilts toward “1989” — oh, to have been a fly on the wall of Jerry Jones’ suite when Swift opened her concert last weekend at AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, with “Welcome to New York” — but is not without thoughtful throwbacks. One of the best moments Tuesday night may be when Swift reaches back for the first country hit she ever wrote, “Our Song,” from her eponymous 2006 debut. A bouncy, barefoot, boy-crazy ode to teenage innocence, the song, written when Swift was a high-school freshman, is a time capsule from the years before she was defined by Forbes, the fashionistas and fanatical expectation.
