Celebrate Black Teachers and Students
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
Kick scooters are not only crazy fun, but they are also a great form of physical exercise! Scooters utilize all leg muscles, from the foot to the quadricep and hamstring. Glutes, hip flexors, the entire core, and back muscles are also used. Kick scooters also require a special kind of balance that helps prevention of injury and stability by activating multiple different joint and muscle groups.
Not only would scooters have a great physical benefit for our students, but they would also add enjoyment, fun, and something diverse to our classroom.
These scooters will continue to enhance the activity of my classroom that I strive to create. My PE classroom is a place that my students really enjoy moving, learning, and showing good sportsmanship. With these scooters my students will continue to be active and play fun modified games with sportsmanship! This project would bring so much joy to all our students to ride on brand new scooters. Students will learn safety, teamwork, cooperation, and responsibility by taking care of the equipment.
