Resident Evil 2's remake has plenty of unlockables and secrets for players to track down and puzzle apart. Resident Evil 2 Remake Control Room Locker
The Resident Evil 2 remake's control room locker can be found in the upper sewers. It stands just beside the northwest corner of the Control Room. Once you've found the locker, interact with it to bring up the lock interface.
Spin the leftmost letter to "S," the middle one to "Z," and the right one to "F," and the lock should pop open. Inside the locker you'll find more Magnum ammo for Leon and earn progress toward the "Master of Unlocking" trophy or achievement, based on the platform you're playing on.
