This can also be drizzled over grilled chicken or fish.
1 cup orange juice
Juice of 3 limes
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon sugar or to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine orange juice, lime and lemon juices. Stir in sugar, salt and pepper.
Heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is reduced to a syrup-like consistency. Keep warm.
Makes about 3/4 cup.
