Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

When I began teaching at this school I was blown away by the beautiful marching band uniforms and unfortunately, they are piled into a practice room which is both bad for the uniforms and wastes precious space for making music!

By storing our uniforms, properly hung on clothing racks with correct spacing for ventilation, we will ensure that students can be proud to wear their school colors while providing the exciting soundtrack to events in their community for years to come.

Our principal has promised us a secure space once the uniforms are on mobile racks so we can safely transport and store them. We can't wait to get fresh on the field and return to practicing in the practice room. Thank you for helping us reach this goal!
