Depends on what you consider quality I suppose. Most privacy screens claim to be stronger than regular screen protectors because they require additional layers.
However, those additional layers and enhanced privacy features mean your display is less viewable in general and from certain angles, possibly requiring you to amp up your display brightness and lowering your battery longevity.
