Anyway if you're looking to cut that fat into muscle then you’ve come to the right place on this slow news day. Rather than having the expectations of looking like Captain America or Star Lord after only working out for a month let's make those goals even more unrealistic an aim for the body of the Overwatch hero: Zarya.
Last year Zarya did an interview with Bodybuilding.com on the same subject but we only got four exercises to copy that physique.

- 5 sets, 3 reps
- Zercher Squats
- 5 sets 3-5 reps
- Bent Over Barbell Row
- 4 sets 6-8 reps
- Zercher Squats- Preform Zercher carry
- 5 sets, 20-30 yard carry
So that’s how you can go crazy on the legs to get them massive and beefy. As for the upper half of your body, go crazy. No, seriously. Go to every machine you have access to or grab all the free weight, start low, do six or so reps, then bump it up to the next pound weight available. Keep going until you feel like the targeted muscle is on fire and the only words that you can think cannot be said on television.
When you get home, load up on potatoes and raw meat to feed those gains, call your boss, quit your day job and then keep spending every day at the gym until you can't fit through the front door again- but this time… because of your muscles.
