The early national signing period for high school football seniors kicked off Wednesday morning.

Six players signed national letters of intent at Wekiva. Four players did the same at both Jones and Orlando Christian Prep.

The early signing period runs through Friday. Another wave of players can sign with college programs when the regular signing period opens Feb. 6.

Check out the list of athletes from Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake and southwest Volusia counties who signed letters of intent. The list will be updated at as new information regarding players and schools is confirmed.
