Here’s a look at some of the homes Grealish has bought – and where he is eyeing his next purchase.
Cheshire, Manchester
Grealish and his childhood sweetheart Sasha Attwood currently live in a luxury mansion in the Cheshire area outside of Manchester, which Hello! magazine priced at around US$7.5 million. The mansion reportedly boasts seven bedrooms, a swimming pool, a vegetable plot, a tennis court, a lake and a helicopter pad.Their home made headlines in late 2023 when, as reported by Sky News, it got burgled while Grealish’s family was inside watching him play a match against Everton. The perpetrators stole jewellery worth over US$1.2 million.

Grealish took to social media to say that he was “devastated” at the invasion: “My family mean the world to me and nothing is more important than ensuring their safety. This has been a traumatic experience for all of us. I am just so grateful that nobody was hurt.”
The Telegraph reported Grealish had spent over US$630,000 on security fencing, but it had been insufficient to prevent the burglary.
Goal reported months earlier that Grealish was looking to make a luxury “leisure complex” extension to the home, including a sauna, steam room and yoga studio. Architects working on the project explained how the garage was set to be increased to “accommodate a triple garage space with individual doors, alongside a minor increase to the ridge to allow a games room to be accommodated”, per the publication.
Barnt Green, Birmingham
The couple bought their Cheshire home shortly after Grealish’s big-money transfer from hometown club Aston Villa to Manchester City in 2021 – a record-breaking deal for an English player. The pair previously lived in a US$2.1 million mansion in the village of Barnt Green just outside of Birmingham, reported OK! UK. The home has six en suite double bedrooms, a grand reception hall and a gym.

Grealish had been making waves in English football since his debut for Aston Villa in 2014, but still lived at home with his parents and siblings until 2018. He told Soccer Bible it was difficult to move out because he is a “proper family person” who enjoys having loved ones around.
“It was tough, especially as someone who couldn’t cook. I still need to have my mum come around a few times a week to help me around the house. There just comes a time though when you do need to grow up and mature a lot more, and I think all those things help on the pitch too,” he said in a 2020 interview.
Potential future acquisitions
Grealish has spoken before of planning to own property overseas, telling lifestyle publication SWM he had an eye on the Spanish island of Tenerife.

“One day I’d love a second home in Tenerife, which I know is an unusual pick, as most players usually go for Marbella or the Algarve. But it reminds me of my childhood; every summer we went there as a family from the age of 10, and even to this day I love it there,” he said. “You have the weather all year round, and I think if I could own one home abroad, it would probably be there.”
It is the same city where he was pictured drunk and sprawled across the street in 2015, reported The Independent. Aston Villa met with the player over the incident, per BBC, and Grealish later told The Telegraph that he had changed: “We all make mistakes when we’re young, but you won’t be seeing me do any of that again.”
The star has also hinted at possibly buying a home in Greece, saying he had “fallen in love” with the country during a 2022 off-season trip to the island of Santorini, per Greek City Times.
According to global online luxury marketplace James Edition, a mansion on the island can cost over US$10 million. An eight-bedroom villa perfect for Grealish and his family was listed recently for US$5.2 million.
