Tri Attack Pokemon GO: How Viable is Tri-attack Porygon Z?
While not much is known yet about the exact stats of the move, we do know it has the potential to lower the attack or defense of a Pokemon hit with the move in battle. This could theoretically make for a great combo with Lock On, one of Porygon Z's possible quick moves.
While Lock On doesn't do much damage, it does generate massive amounts of energy allowing charge moves to be fired off more often. While this likely won't replace the Lock On, Hyper Beam combo for sheer dps, it might make for a good defensive build with the capability to hobble an enemy before bringing in a sweeper. Until the actual stats for the move are released on the 20, however, there's really no way of knowing.
