How to increase skill power in The Division 2 is important to players once they hit level 12, but not before. As you level, you'll unlock certain skills and effects, but won't be able to use them until you hit a certain skill level.

But unlike most RPG type of games with skill points, you don't earn skill power each level.

Instead, players earn the points as you equip gear with attributes that contribute to skill power. It is much like Destiny 2 which has a light level. Players' light level is the average light level combined between all gear. The skill power is the total skill power given from your equipped gear in The Division 2.

Keep grinding new gear and you'll slowly see your skill power increase.

One of the other important factors of late-game is finding Integrated Circuits. These items are used to trade inside the Thieves Den and are difficult to find. Usually, you can find them inside the final area of the Dark Zone inside chests, but if they're already looted, you'll need to kill your fellow agents. Players will need to become a Rogue Agent to kill other players and hope to steal those circuits for yourselves.
