According the the listing on PSN, the base game will take up 31.3 GB of space on your PS4. The Digital Deluxe will take up 53.41 GB. Most of the bulk from the Deluxe Edition comes from the director's commentary.

If you have Ghost of Tsushima on disc, the launch edition box says that the game will take 45 GB of memory. The additional content that came with the launch edition totaled up to 434.1 MB.

There were a set of updates early into the game's launch that took up about 8 GB.

The game as of 1.04 takes up 39.9 GB total. It will take up some real estate on your hard drive, but not anywhere near as commanding of a presence as something like Final Fantasy VII Remake.

There are no announced plans for DLC, and there is no multiplayer function for Ghost of Tsushima. It's unlikely the game will have large updates at this point beyond minor bug fixes.
