A man has been accused of forcing a 16-year-old Pembroke Pines girl at knifepoint to perform a sex act inside his truck in the parking lot at Hollywood Mall on Wednesday, police said.

Kevin Blackmon, 19, of Hollywood, was arrested and charged with armed kidnapping and armed sexual battery, police spokesman Todd DeAngelis said.

The attack was not a random act, DeAngelis said. Blackmon and the girl had arranged to meet Wednesday in the east parking lot at 3251 Hollywood Blvd. after meeting over the telephone on Tuesday.

Blackmon had phoned the entertainment booking agency where the girl worked about a job.

“Mr. Blackmon mentioned that he knew of a band the agency might be interested in hiring, so they struck up a conversation over the phone and found they had a lot in common,” DeAngelis said. “She agreed to meet him the next day in the parking lot.”

When the girl arrived, Blackmon pulled a knife, forced her into his truck and made her perform oral sex, DeAngelis said. The girl left the scene and returned to her job, where she called her parents.

Blackmon is being held in the Broward County Jail.
