milk contamination

These are a great product at an amazing price but when they arrived the packet said they may contain milk, egg and soy. I have since checked and it doesn't say that on the website. Having made vegan porridge for my lactose intolerant best friend 3 times I am fairly positive these oats are contaminated with milk as he was quite ill all 3 times. I understand contamination is a risk but that needs to be clearer on the website. Goes Well With:not having a milk allergy.

After being diagnosed with Coeliac disease and used to eating porridge everyday I needed to find a gluten free alternative that wouldn't break the bank. I was pleased to find My protein sell it by the sack load and I can honestly say its some of the best porridge I have ever tasted. Just got to figure out where to store the 5kg sack.Goes Well With:Peanut butter, Syrup, honey etc..

Great oats BUT

Great tasting oats BUT beware that the scoop is not 50g worth of rolled oats like they say, I measured around 35g for a levelled off scoop. Just wanted to let anyone know as it’s quite a big difference for people counting macros! Goes Well With:Milk/Water

Oats is oats, so can't argue with taste and effectiveness, but they are not the same as the standard rolled oats. Standard rolled oats come as whole oats, which I prefer, whereas the consistency of these is more like Ready Brek. Goes Well With:Any fruit

Brilliant Product

I purchased these oats as they are gluten free and other oats tend to leave me bloated as I have a slight intolerance to gluten. I have no bloat or any discomfort after eating these oats. I have 50g every morning with almond & coconut milk as well as peanut butter. The only downside is that the scoop doesn't way out 50g, more towards 40g. So if you are tracking your macros I suggest using scales as a backup. All in all this product is brilliant. Goes Well With:Sugar free blueberry syrup, peanut butter, almond milk, coconut milk

Very delicious and nutritious oats. I make them by boiling water and putting 3 scoops of these oats. Boil for 2 mins and leave for another 1-2 min with lid on top. Does not give me any bloating, no gas, no constipation or diarrhea. I highly recommend them to anyone who try to avoid gluten. Goes Well With:Fruits, seeds, cinnamon etc.
