League of Legends Patch 10.20 notes were released revealing several champion balance changes and nerfs to the Relentless Hunter rune.
Soon to debut, League of Legends Patch 10.20 focuses on tuning the power level of champions as they scale throughout the game. Patch 10.20 also sees the introduction of several new Dragon skins for Ashe, Sett, Brand, and more. Check out the full list of balance changes below.

- Self healing increased from 50/60/70% to 50/75/100%
Braum
Winter's Bite (Q)
- Base damage increased from 60/110/160/210/260 to 75/125/175/225/275
- Mana cost decreased from 55/60/65/70/75 to 45/50/55/60/65 mana
Illaoi
Prophet of an Elder God (Passive)
- Passive tentacle spawn cooldown decreased from 20-12 seconds (scales every 2 levels) to 20-7.25 seconds (scale every level)

Base Stats
- Armor reduced from 20.88 to 18
Kassadin
Null Sphere (Q)
- Shield decreased from 60/85/110/135/160 to 40/70/100/130/160
Katarina
Voracity (Passive)
- Dagger retrieval damage ratio decreased from 1.0 bonus attack damage to 0.75 bonus attack damage

- Modified damage changed from 50 to minions to 50 to minions and monsters

Hail of Arrows (E)
- Base damage increased from 50/90/130/170/210 to 60/100/140/180/220
Chain of Corruption (R)
- Cooldown decreased from 130/100/70 seconds to 120/90/60 seconds
Relentless Hunter (Rune)
- Out of combat movement bonus reduced from 10 movement speed (+9 movement speed per bounty hunter stack, up to 55 at 5 stacks) to 5 movement speed (+8 movement speed per bounty hunter stack, up to 45 at 5 stacks)
