The closest some folks get to following the footsteps of Florence Nightingale is when they nurse a drink.
Amy Suzanne Pohlman claimed to be a registered nurse with a doctorate of philosophy of physiology degree and was also an advanced registered nurse practitioner — all of which was as fake as “The Bowling Green Massacre,” St. Johns County deputies said, reports The St. Augustine Record.
Detectives said she also displayed a plaque in her office from the Trustees of the Mayo Clinic, Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center, issued on March 9, 2016, even though no such award was given by the Mayo Clinic.
Pohlman had paid for the plaque, which was created at a local awards business in Jacksonville, investigators said.
How’d she get caught?
