Kerpens Clercira was driving in Vero Beach about 5 mph — in a 45 mph zone –and still couldn’t keep in a single lane, records show, reports Will Greenlee in his Off the Beat blog for TCPalm.com in Stuart.
When another deputy arrived and extended his arm to Clercira for a handshake, he reportedly missed the deputy’s hand.
Clercira ‘fessed up to having a couple of margarita’s, which must have been gigante judging from his BAL.
