EA Sports has temporarily disabled claiming FIFA 22 Division Rivals Rewards, according to a tweet from the official FIFA Direct Communication Twitter account.
The disabling of Rivals rewards comes after EA found an unnamed issue with the rewards while revamping them, which caused some players to repeatable claim their rewards over and over again, stacking hundreds of thousands of coins worth of packs.
We're currently investigating an issue regarding Divisional Rivals rewards, and have temporarily disabled players claiming their rewards while the team investigate the issue.

FIFA 22 Division Rivals Rewards Disabled After Major Bug
It’s unknown exactly how long EA plans to have rewards withheld from those who haven’t claimed them yet, but many FIFA fans have already complained about the revamped system of rewards in rivals, and the new issue with claiming rewards makes another issue for EA to solve in FIFA 22.
According to some users, the glitch of repeatedly claiming rewards was around for six hours prior to EA shutting down rewards, so it’s unknown if EA will do anything to compensate for the users affected by the delay in rewards, or penalize those who claimed rewards repeatedly.
