The rapper Kosha Dillz is coming to town! So are singer Tina B. and the comedian Sarge.
They’re all performing at Yidfest 2023, a modern Jewish culture festival targeted to young adults but open to everyone.
The festival — set for Saturday, Sept. 30, in Fort Lauderdale — is presented by YI Love Jewish, a division of the Yiddishkayt Initiative, a nonprofit that calls itself a “global clearinghouse of Jewish culture and entertainment.”
Also performing will be singer-songwriter Lea Kalisch and musicians Jeff Jacob & The Love Wins Revival.
Among the sponsors are the Sue and Leonard Miller Center for Contemporary Judaic Studies/George Feldenkreis Program in Judaic Studies at the University of Miami, the Broward County Cultural Council, the Florida Council on Arts and Culture, Florida Humanities, and the National Endowment for Humanities.
