Guess Florida’s not a right to twerk state.
A Gainesville gal, Danielle Lanae Jefferson, was jailed after she allegedly refused to stop twerking on her car to loud music at 3:00 a.m., reports the Independent Alligator in Gainesville.
After getting a warning, then a citation, Jefferson apparently couldn’t “twerk” things out with the officers, preferring to toss the notice back at the cop.
Jefferson later told an officer she thought he was “cute” and wanted to keep him around for arguement’s sake, so to speak, according to her arrest affidavit.
