Blood Moon is a dark and occult skin line, featuring League of Legends champions reimagined as Ionian demons or cult worshipers. A total of 17 champions have received skins in the line, with the majority of those skins falling on the cultist side of the paradigm.

Splash art for Blood Moon Katarina has yet to be released. The preview released by Riot Games shows she has white hair. She wears a black robe and tights with red accents. A red and yellow horn peaks out from one side of her head, while a purple and blue one does the same opposite it. Her blades are a glowing purple and blue.
