The announcement was made just hours after the launch of Season 8 - Mayhem. The badge bears the iconic BLM fist on a yellow background and is available to equip on all banners.

Fairly simple, log in and access your inventory. It should already be there. The badge is available across all platforms throughout the whole of February for free.
