ALTOONA - The 2017 Eastern League champions Altoona Curve begin their 20th season Thursday night.
The Curve start their 2018 campaign with a three-game set against the Akron Rubberducks at People Natural Gas Field.
Gates for opening night open at 5 p.m., with first pitch slated for 6 p.m.
At the conclusion, a fireworks display will take place.
The Curve will host the Rubberducks Saturday and Sunday and will begin a three-game homestand against the Harrisburg Senators beginning Monday.
